Lectures
Keynote Lecture : 45 min. in total including 5 min. for discussion
Plenary Lecture : 30 min. in total including 5 min. for discussion
Oral Lecture : 20 min. in total including 5 min. for discussion

LCD projector is the standard medium for presentations (overhead projector is also available in case).

Power point presentations by using your own note PCs are recommended. If you permit us to install your presentation file to our computer, please bring CD-ROM or USB memory stick including your presentation file to Registration Desk before your presentation. We will copy your presentation file onto our PCs and check that your presentation are displayed properly on our PCs.

We provide a LCD projector and a PC switcher with 8 port connections. We would appreciate it if you could bring your PC and connect it to the switcher during the break before your session. We ask you to preview and check your presentations in advance.

Short Oral Presentation from posters (no discussion time)

Poster presenters except oral speakers are asked to make 3 min. (no discussion time)brief introductions of your posters using the LCD projector.

Power point (Mac and Windows) presentations by using our note PCs are used. If you permit us to install your presentation file to our computer, please bring CD-ROM or USB memory stick including your presentation file to Registration Desk before your presentation. We will copy your presentation file onto our PCs and check that your presentation are displayed properly on our PCs.

Poster Session
Poster session is scheduled on Oct. 19th and 20 th.
The posters with odd numbers should be presented on Oct. 19 th, while those with even numbers on 20 th.

All posters should be posted before welcome address at Oct. 19 th and picked them off before 8:45 on Oct. 21 th.

A 90 cm width and 180 cm height board will be prepared for each poster.
