Temperature-Sensitive Macroscopic Assembly Based on Molecular Recognition
Benzyl gel (Bz-gel) interacted only with β-cyclodextrin gel (βCD-gel) at a higher temperature (ca. 90 °C), with αCD-gel at a temperature 15 °C, and with γCD-gel at 5 °C to form gel assemblies. The formation of gel assemblies depending on temperature showed a good reversibility.
