The 9th IUPAC International Conference on Novel Materials and Their Synthesis (NMS-IX) was held in Shanghai, China in Oct.17th -22nd with the chair of Prof. Yuping, Prof. Shiyou Guan, and Prof. Guoxiu Wang. I have attended the conference with Mr. Guan Guoyang who is a master course student in Physical Chemistry of Condensed Matter Laboratory. The syntheses and properties of organic and polymer substances, ionic solids and ceramics were discussed in the conference. The title of my presentation was gThermodynamic Properties of Molecule-Based Conductors and Magnetsh.
