Rooms have been reserved at hotels around the Symposium venue by KNT.
Please note that the hotel reservations will be made on first-come-first-served basis with complete payment.

- 1) Above rates are per room per night including service charge and consumption tax.
- 2) Breakfast is included.
- 3) Above rates are valid only during the period of ISST-2010.（From Aug 7 check in to 11 check out. 4 nights）

Deadline
Hotel Accommodation; July 2, 2010
Payment
Payment of hotel charge in full amount of your stay should be made in Japanese Yen only by the following payment method.
Credit Card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club or JCB only).
Confirmation
KNT will email you a confirmation after the application deadline, July 2, 2010, after your complete payment. Please be sure to bring the confirmation email when you check in to the hotel.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be in writing (preferably by e-mail) and sent to the ISST-2010 Desk at Fax: +81-3-5256-1588, E-mail: isst2010-gbm@or.knt.co.jp
Cancellation charges are as follows:
Hotel accommodation
Up to 14 days prior to the night of your stay
- ----No charge
13 - 7 days prior to the night of your stay
- ----10% of the room charge
6 - 2 days prior to the night of your stay
- ----50% of the room charge
Less than 2 days, or no notice given
- ----100% of the room charge
*Expected arrivals of 10P.M. or later must be notified in advance to avoid cancellation of reservations.
Refund
Refund will be made during or after the symposium period after deducting credit card handling charges and the cancellation penalties.
