Guideline of Presentation Style

All oral sessions will be held at the Kobe international conference center or virtually (using ZOOM).
Plenary lectures will be given for 50 minutes including discussion, and will be delivered on-demand at later date.
Invited lectures will be given for 30 minutes including discussion, and will be delivered on-demand at later date.
Oral presentation will be given for 15 minutes including discussion.
Those who to give presentation virtually are requested to prepare a stable internet connection.

All poster sessions will be held virtually. Poster presenters are requested to prepare a poster as a PDF or PowerPoint file (about 5~10 slides) and submit it by September 30, 2021. The submission method will be notified by email after acceptance decision.

Posters will be opened to the participants in advance, and participants will be able to view them at any time. A separate online room will be assigned to each poster during discussion time.

Guideline of Abstract Submission

Those who to give plenary or invited lectures are requested to submit 1 page of abstracts and 1 page of CVs.
Please use the template (abstract and CV) and submit both PDF and MS-word files via the following submission system by August 31 September 13, 2021.

Those who wish to give oral and poster presentations are requested to 1 page of abstracts. Please use the template (abstract) and submit both PDF and MS-word files via the following submission system. Please note that after August 31 September 13, 2021, acceptance of abstracts through the server will automatically be closed and submissions will no longer be accepted.
Since, the number of accepted oral presentations is limited, the acceptance or rejection of abstracts and the presentation style (oral or poster) will be left to the executive committee. The results of the selection process will be informed you by e-mail in mid-September.
