The conference was held in Moscow State University, June 27 – July 2, 2005. Prof. Akira Inaba was invited to give a plenary lecture entitled “Quasicrystals and the Related Crystals – Their Lattice Vibration and Phase Transition –”. The number of participants was 440. There were 15 plenary lectures.
