The 2nd International Symposium on Structural Thermodynamics (ISST-2010) was held at the Senri Life Science Center in Osaka in August 8-10 as a post conference of ICCT-2010 held in Tsukuba. The number of participants was 45 from ten different countries. The discussion was focused on 1) Structural Thermodynamics of Polymers and Liquid Crystals, 2) Structural Thermodynamics of Phase Transitions, 3) Thermodynamics Data Base, 4) Structural Thermodynamics of Earth Science, and 5) Structural Thermodynamics of Magnetic Materials. We had 8 invited lectures, 13 oral presentations, and 18 poster presentations.
