Biological Micro-combustion Calorimetry
– Cost of blooming –

A micro-bomb combustion calorimeter was developed for biological samples. Energy equivalent and the standard deviation of mean were determined to be 802.28 J/K and 0.22 J/K (5 experiments), respectively by burning benzoic acid.
