Abstract Submission

USD9 is now open for submission of oral and poster presentations. To submit your paper, send the following information to usd9@chem.sci.osaka-u.ac.jp.
  1. Full name of the Presenter,
  2. Institution and Postal Address,
  3. e-mail Address,
  4. Title of the Presentation,
  5. Preferred Presentation Style (Invited*, Oral, Poster or No preference),
    *Confirmed invited speakers only.
  6. One-page A4 Abstract in PDF format as an attachment with the file name after the presenter's name. e.g. "Munakata.pdf" ).
    PDF example and MSWord template for the abstract are available.

  7. A limited number of registration fee waivers are available for students and postdoctoral fellows wishing to present papers at USD9. Applicants are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis, with priority given to students. If you wish a registration fee waiver, please specify that you apply the waiver and whether you are a student or a postdoc.
Please include the presenter's family name in the subject line (e.g. Subject: USD9-Munakata). USD9 secretariat will send a confirmation of your abstract submission within a few business days. If you do not receive one, please contact us.
